FOOD FOR THOUGHT

DID YOU KNOW....

...that there are over 100,000 people in Collin County, half of which are children, who who are food insecure, meaning they do not know if they will have enough to eat?

...that Texas was recently identified as the #2 state with hunger problems?

Memorial service for Bob Olds will be this Wednesday, January 25, 2012, in the main sanctuary of St. Andrew UMC, 5801 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX. 75093.  Reception to follow by the Joy Class in Piro Hall.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a love offering to the Bob Olds Fund at St. Andrew, to help with internment costs in the St. Andrew Columbarium.

Seven Loaves Food Pantry is working with the North Texas Food Pantry to Close the Gap on hunger in North Texas by establishing a "hub and spoke" distribution system which will provide over 1 million meals a year into Collin County.
